The sessions are challenging but not overstretching; dare I say fun at times?! The workouts he sets between sessions hold me accountable and keep me on track to achieve my goals.

I’m new to exercising and had no idea what I could be doing to improve my fitness or where to start. Ollie has been able to implement some manageable lifestyle changes and workouts for me in a short space of time, which has me feeling stronger and more energised. In terms of results as a amateur golfer I have seen nothing but positive gains with driving distance improving as well as mental and physical fitness.
Recently the manual labour in landscaping our garden would have been a significant challenge with my sciatica but thanks to Ollie’s knowledge and skill set with Strength & Conditioning training this helped me keep going without injury or pain. I contacted Freedom Fitness because I had got to the point of feeling really uncomfortable with weight gain and how I was looking and feeling. With a family holiday coming up I needed some help.
Being at the perimenopause age, all my usual weight loss plans were not working.
My main target was to lose weight for my holiday.
After 3 months with Ollie’s support, personal training plans and diet advice I have achieved so much more.
I have lost 6kg but also realised that I am stronger and fitter and generally feel so much better. I am making healthier food choices and maintaining a diet that is sustainable long term. I love the work outs, both the 1:1 with Ollie and at home training. They are hard and push me more than I would have ever pushed myself. I can even now do full sets of press ups when I could barely do 1 before I started.

I haven’t been to the gym in a few years and Ollie was so helpful and supportive. From the first session he asked what my fitness goals were and tailored a programme specifically for me. I had a starter session in his gym which was great for creating a routine which worked for me, and the app provided helpful guidance and visuals on how to approach every workout. Overall, my experience with Ollie has been great, and has provided me with the confidence needed to get back to the gym!

I have been training with Oli for around 18 months now. I’ve never stuck with exercise regularly for so long before. Having a PT session every week helps me keep focused.
I’ve improved so much in various exercises and the sessions also help me to talk through issues I’m having with motivation or eating the right foods.
Oli is a great PT but also makes the sessions relaxed and fun.

Using this app and working with Ollie has been the most in control I’ve felt about my weight and health since training for a half marathon over ten years ago. I’ve always struggled with my weight and never stuck to a diet plan or exercise regime for long. Ollie’s quick check-ins have helped keep me on track. I’m lighter and healthier than I have been since pre-covid. The training regime is accessible and challenging but not overwhelming, Ollie’s knowledge on nutrition has really helped educate me a out my calorie intake and macros. All in all, great!
